Shipping and Delivery policy:
TestCaseHub offers all the services and products online and doesn’t require the shipping or delivery. You will be informed once your order is placed, through email and/or text message. Since the products/service that have been bought by you is personalised, there would be no return of the same.
Cancellation Policy
In any case you want the order to be cancelled, please e-mail us [email protected] as soon as possible or within a maximum 15 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after you get the mail and content will be dealt on case to case basis and a refund cannot be promised always. An order once shipped can not be cancelled and/or refunded, whatsoever.
Replacement Policy
You can apply for replacement for up to 1 days from the date you purchased it. You can email us at [email protected]. Further details may be asked from the customer. In case a product has been wrongly delivered, we will get it replaced, provided there is a genuine issue authorised by TestCaseHub team. TestCaseHub reserves the right to charge additional fees in case of design change, model change, product change and other scenarios, depending upon the situation of each case. TestCaseHub reserves the right to reject replacement/refund for any of its service/product. If any customer violates the terms and conditions of TestCaseHub their account may be terminated and services rendered may be withdrawn.
Refund Policy
You can apply for refund within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the service/product shared with you, amount cannot refunded. Payments refunded will be credited to the original mode of payment within 1 to 7 working days. For refunds you can mail us at [email protected]. The timeline also depends upon bank’s pay out cycle. To be eligible for refund, payment should have been successfully made as per the respective bank. There is no refund for donation.
Donation Policy
All the products like TestCaseHub, TestCase Studio and Practice Page etc are available free for the community and they are running on donation by the users and supporters. Anyone can donate to support these products and innovation. There is no refund policy for donation. Invoice will not be provided for the donation. One can donate maximum upto 50K INR.
